home business
sjrosario82 asked:

I’m 25, about to have a baby in March. I want to stay home and have about 5 or 6 little kids to watch in my home. I dont want to go back to work. I want to work for myself and start my own business. I know that you have to have a little certificate for the go ahead. I got that covered. It’s not a actual daycare. It’s more of a babysitting service. I want to start little, and work up. What do you think?

  1. If you can stand having 5 or 6 little kids in your home, I’d say it’s a great idea. The IRS offers some pretty good tax deductions for daycare/babysitting as well. Please consider the issue of liability insurance, though, in case a child gets injured at your home. Also, you may want to consider who can replace you if you’re unable to take care of the children (you’re sick, your child is sick, etc.). One of the biggest problems working parents have is reliable daycare. That would be a huge selling point for you over someone else if you could guarantee a reliable backup for you if you’re unable to sit.

    Good luck!

  2. For a business for Stay at Home Moms this is interesting
